How many sessions will I need?
It varies. We'll review how things are going every six sessions or so, and you can stop at any point.
Is what I say confidential?
Yes, within the limits set out in my professional body's ethical framework. I'll explain these in our first session.
Can I use private health insurance?
Please check your policy and let me know your provider when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation email. With 48 hours' notice there's no charge.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — by secure video, anywhere in the UK. Online sessions work just as well for most people.
